Terms and Conditions

Article 1. Applicability of the general terms and conditions.

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and other services of Dadirri Studio. These terms and conditions apply to all members of Dadirri Studio. Members must read and approve the terms and conditions when paying for a subscription or event card. They are deemed to have read the payment terms and declare by signing that they accept the terms and conditions and house rules without reservation. Dadirri Studio is entitled to change or supplement the conditions and house rules.

 

Article 2. Own risk and liability

2.1. Participation in the lessons is entirely at your own risk.

If in doubt about his or her health, the participant is advised to consult a general practitioner or specialist.

2.2 Dadirri Studio does not accept any liability for material or immaterial damage as a result of any accident or injury of the participant.

2.3 Dadirri Studio is not liable for loss, misappropriation, theft or damage, both direct and indirect, of or to property of the participant.

2.4 Damage caused by the participant, intentionally or unintentionally or by injudicious use, to property of Dadirri Studio, must be compensated.

Article 3: Membership and subscriptions

3.1 The participant buys a lesson, turn card or subscription with which he can participate in the lessons.

3.2 A Dadirri Studio event card, lesson card or subscription is strictly personal and non-transferable.

3.3 If the participant does not make use of the right to participate in the lessons, the tuition fee will not be refunded.

3.4 If the participant is unable to attend the lesson and has unsubscribed (no later than 1 day before the start of the lesson), the lesson can be made up until 2 months later. This is always done in consultation with Dadirri Studio, preferably by email. Article 3.4 is also valid for subscriptions.

3.5. A subscription is valid for one month and will be automatically renewed each month via SEPA direct debit. Cancellation can be made 4 weeks in advance or subject to valid proof of illness.

Article 4: Payment and Cancellation

4.1 Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Participation is only possible after payment of the lessons or bookings.

Event cards are not refundable. There's plenty of room to make up for missed opportunities.

Article 5: Yoga mats

When practicing Power yoga, Vinyasa Flow, the participant is advised to use their own yoga mat for hygiene reasons. For all other yoga classes, the participant can use a yoga mat from Dadirri Studio.

Article 6: Public holidays, vacation and cancellation of lessons

6.1 Dadirri Studio is closed on public holidays. This will be communicated in a timely manner via email, website and posters in the studio. Yoga classes that are canceled due to holidays can be made up within 2 months.

6.2 Closure of the studio due to holidays will be communicated in time by email, website and posters in the studio.  

6.3 If a lesson is unexpectedly canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (for example in the event of illness or an accident of a teacher), the participant can make up the lesson up to a maximum of 2 months after the date. This is always in consultation with Dadirri Studio.

Article 7: Pregnancy or illness

7.1 In case of illness, in consultation with Dadirri Studio, the event card can be suspended for a definite period of time.

7.2 Yoga is not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy. If the participant nevertheless wishes to participate in the yoga classes, this is entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

Article 8: Changes to class schedule, prices

8.1 Dadirri Studio reserves the right to adjust its prices. Price adjustments will be communicated in a timely manner via the newsletter, website and posters in the studio.

8.2 Dadirri Studio reserves the right to change the layout of the class schedule with regard to time, program and location.

Article 9: Massage therapy

9.1 Prior to the first massage/treatment, we hold a short intake with the client. The client is responsible for the correctness of this (medical) information that he/she provides during this interview. Based on this, the massage/treatment can be given in a responsible and safe manner.

In the event of changes in the client's situation, he/she is responsible for notifying us of this.

All information that you tell us during the intake interview  and the massage/treatment will be treated confidentially. These will never be passed on to third parties without your written permission.

9.2. Dadirri Studio does not make a medical diagnosis. In case of doubt, I can waive a massage/treatment and you will be referred to the general practitioner or specialist.

9.3. In case of fever and flu, massage is not allowed. In the case of acute injuries, high blood pressure and illnesses, it is advisable to first consult your doctor before making an appointment.

9.4. Appointments made can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Canceled or forgotten appointments within this period will be charged.

9.5.  Erotic and/or sexual massages are not part of the massages that Dadirri Studio offers. Clients who do respond to this are immediately requested to leave the practice and are no longer welcome.

9.6.  By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also declare that you will not hold Dadirri Studio liable for side effects and/or after-effects that could possibly be the result of a massage/treatment that has been given to you.

Article 10. Event cards and gift vouchers

10.1. Event cards and gift vouchers are valid up to one year after issue and are not valid in combination with other offers.

10.2. In the event of loss or limitation of gift vouchers and event cards, the right to outstanding lessons and treatments lapses.

10.3.  Beurtenkaarten Reproducing bus tickets and/or gift vouchers is prohibited, sales are only made by or through Dadirri Studio

Article 11: Media

11.1 Professional photos and videos will be taken during the lessons on a regular basis. You hereby give permission that we may use these photos and videos on social media and on our website. This media will not be used for any other purpose.

Article 12: Covid measures

12.1. Dadirri Studio undertakes to do everything it can to follow the proposed guidelines regarding Covid. We therefore ask all our customers to strictly follow this. 

12.2. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also declare that you will not hold Dadirri Studio liable for any consequences caused by the Covid virus.
