Childrens yoga is a way to make children aware of their body and mind. They live in a fast-paced world with more and more stimuli and often they take that unrest to class or home.

That is why the classroom or childcare is an ideal place to get started. You give children tools to become calmer and to stand more firmly in their shoes. It is important that a child develops good body awareness and can connect with others and themselves. We do this by paying attention to grounding, feeling, breathing, meditation...

Are you curious about how you can bring all this fun to your work environment?
Then you are certainly welcome to come and gain experience and ideas with us.
From our experience as a yoga teacher, childrens yoga teacher and teacher, we are happy to show you the added value of childrens yoga and mindfulness.
Workshop: Chasing my dreams
Workshop for teenagers from 10 to 16 years old.

January 18, 2023: Dadirri Studio Beverlo
From: 13h30-16h30

The teenage years... they are often not that simple, for parent and child. But they are so captivating.
It is the moment when young people develop their own identity, discover what is important to them and create a lifestyle that suits it.
The ideal time to reflect on your future, your dreams and goals.
We do this in this workshop using yoga, visualization, mindset and creation. We make a vision board, all your goals and dreams in a visual image. Because what you give attention to grows.
How exactly that works, I would love to explain in teenage language. Does this sound like something for you? Register quickly.
I'm already looking forward to it.
