During a private lesson we work 1 on 1 and we look for balance in technique, emotions and possible injuries.

Are you pregnant and would you like to pamper yourself with a private pregnancy yoga class?

Then that is possible here too!

The first time is an intake feeling lesson and therefore free.

Here we look at what I can do for you and whether this feels right for you.

In the studio: 60 min - 55 euros
