YOGA FOR KIDS

Children naturally like to move.
Children's yoga seizes this natural need as a “growth opportunity” to get to know children both the possibilities and the limits of their own body and that of others.
Yoga is also a great way to "discharge" excess energy or any tensions from the day in a healthy way.

The list of benefits is long:
learn to listen well to your body, learn good posture, become aware of your body, accepting that you are the way you are, being kind to yourself, relaxing the muscles (within your own limits), stimulation of the blood circulation, learning to concentrate, better balance, your self-confidence grows, peace of mind, learn to relax by noticing the difference with effort, learn to indicate better what they feel and need, less bothered by noise, crowds, stimuli ......

A lesson for children is made up of different parts: warming up our body and making contact with the earth, yoga postures, breathing games, teamwork, massage, relaxation / visualization and closing we do something creative.
And all this around a nice theme.

We work in small groups, which guarantees individual supervision.

Every 2 weeks on Sunday 10.30 am
If there is a lot of interest, we split into 2 groups:
9.30am-10.30am: 5-9 years
11 a.m.-12 p.m.: 8-11 years

Single lesson: 11 euros
10-turn card: 100 euros
20-turn card: 180 euros
